Below is a list of the renewal forms for the upcoming 2012/2013 school year. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our offices, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Central Standard Time.

All forms are due to the TANAS main office no later than August 31, 2012
Please include your membership Dues with your application. Please select the appropriate Star Level your school has attained on the renewal application and calculate membership fees accordingly.
In keeping with our 2012 Leadership Retreat’s overall sense of cohesion, we look forward to supernaturally increased relevance & relationship with each you in the upcoming school year.
